What is an eBook?
It is an electronic file (eBook) that can be viewed or read on personal computer or palm device. It can also be printed out for your personal use.

What do I need to read an eBook?
Most eBooks are mostly in a PDF format. For this you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers have this already. If not, you can download it free from www.adobe.com. Other kinds eBooks are "exe" (executable) files. These do not require software to be read.

Any additional software required?
Your eBooks will be delivered in a zip (compressed) file format. You may need WinZip to extract or unzip the file. This should already be on your personal computer.

How do get my eBook?
This item is an ebook (electronic file), you will not receive a physical book in the mail. After payment the ebook download information will be emailed to you. Click on the link in the email and you be directed to our download area. If you do not receive the download information in a few hours check your spam filters, then contact us immediately.
